I have a Luhrs 320 convertible 1990 I need to replaced all the controls cables but I dont know the correct lenth. I have 2 454 crusaders it also have throttle and transmision controls at the lower outside rear deck for docking. I look at each end of the cables for the numbers and lenth but all marking are gone. If any one have replaced this cables on a 1990 320 convertible, Im sure that luhrs build these model using the same lenth cables. any help will be apresiated.

Control Cables:1999 Luhrs 32 Open
I just replaced the throttle and shift cables for the system. I had a mechanic who is experienced in the task perform the work. He made a map, labeled each cable after removal. He brought the set to the marine dealer in our area and purchased new ones of the same length. We used Teleflex cables. He then re-assembled and adjusted.
Results was much better than previous condition.
You may try the task or "pay the man" as I did.
Good Luck!!

The reason is these cables are originals there never been replaced, and the are to hard to move.

I had to replace one of mine from the fly bridge on my 97, 32 open. It was tough to move and then it kinked. When they Kink whatever position they are in they will stick.
