Wiring Diagrams

After hours with a volt meter, and many many more hours on the internet searching, I am going to ask the experts here.
Where can a wiring diagram be located for a 1987 40' Sportfish? None of my auto switches work for the bilge pumps, and I have finally figured out that they do not have power. I believe that the wiring is original, and the power supply for the breakers disapears into the wiring harness, never to be seen again. I, of course, could just pull power from elsewhere, but I am worried about further problems, like where that power is actually going!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your best bet would be to use a fox and hound tracer to locate the wires. I bought one off of ebay last year for just under $100. For trouble shooting electrical issues it will save you hours of searching. It will allow you to locate the wires at the panel and check continuity. Like you said "you could pull power from another source", but you could also compound your problem by doing that. If this is the route you want to take I would be happy to explain it better you.
