Kolher error code

Greetings,
My Kohler 8EOZD generator starts and shuts down immediately and give a 05 error code.
Code is not in my manual.
Help.

could be water pump flow issue. I had a similiar problem with my onan it needed a new raw water impeller. let me know what it ends up being. Dave

I had the same problem with the same genset. It turned out that the main breaker was bad. Problem went away as soon as we replaced it.
