Speed 32 Convertible

Hi to everybody,I am a new Italian member. Do I have a 32 Convertible with the 300 hp Yanmar that reach maximum the 3600 turns with a spedd of 26,5 Knot,flaps all down - Her your?

Welcome to the forum. I do not have a 32 Convertable, but I think your top speed is too low. Is the bottom of your boat clean? What are you using to get the speed, a speedometer (paddlewheel) or GPS?

To compare, my 38 Open with 500 HP Yanmars and a relatively clean bottom gets 29 to 30 knots at full throttle.

Your numbers are right about where they should be. A 32 Open with 315s and a light load has an average top speed of 30.2 knots. With the added weight of the bridge and any personal items that are loaded on the boat I think you are getting the correct numbers. If you are refering to the trim tabs as flaps being down, that would also shave some speed off. Hope this answers your question.
