Gas motor upgrade

Hi all, In the process of purchasing a 28 open 1994 and would like to upgrade the existing gas motors (2500+ hours). Does anyone know how much more horsepower can be added to the existing trany, shafts?

Also is there enough room to add a slightly bigger prop?

Looking to add Crusader 6.0 HO 375HP motors.
