I have a T290 Open which I will be transporting from San Francisco to Tucson. A trailer is being built right now, a gooseneck.
Does any one have experience in taking down the tower and the pod? Will I need a crane to take it down to the cockpit, or will a couple of guys be able to handle it?
Thanks
John

Greetings,
I have had my bimini top and upper aluminum off of my 38, 3 guys were able to handle getting it down.
I assume that you will be able to transport with the above the hardtop stuff taken off?
All of the wiring and hydralics are a pain but if you mark them properly they all come out pretty easy, make sure you beef up the chase strings so you can put the stuff back.
