I have a 1996 T-290 Open which is missing one of the two helm cushion. They are the the ones on the Starboard and Port side of the Captain's chair. I have for months attempted to order/speak to Luhrs directly via voice and email without success.
Does anyone know of an alternative supplier that I may contact?

Right on this forum, contact Gioia directly, they do all the cushions, fabric, etc. for Luhrs. I got a new soft top for my 2000 360 C from them last year. They were really good to deal with.

Many local shops (check with your local canvas) can build you a new cusion.

go local for cushions....
we found a guy on ebay who makes spa covers and does some marine work as well. his price was very very reasonable. he did these cushions for us when we extended our bench seats to cover the empty space between seat and bulkhead....we did the bottom cushions so that you can open the access hatch just by lifting the rear cushion. he backrests are mounted on starboard so that you have a backrest even where the glass tapers down towards the stern

I agree that using a reliable local will get you a better custom cushion.
There are all sorts of options as far as cushion thickness and density.
Lots of colors, roll an pleat, and trim options.
