Does anyone have any experience or a recommendation regarding which Raymarine autopilot is the correct size for a 320 Convertible? I imagin the 320 Open would be the same.

We have a 30 open with a raymarine autopilot, it works great, you might be able to get away with the S1 or S1G corepack as we have on our boat but I would recommend the S2G as you have a convertible that fully loaded is like 20-22,000 lbs. The S1 would probably work but not too well on a windy or rough day. Your best bet is find a good installer and give him good specs on your boats size and weight and he will make a recommendation.

We installed the S - 1 corepack on our 3400....love it ! It does have a self learn feature that remembers different conditions. Found and purchased on E bay for $1085, complete. Installed it myself with provided install instructions... no issues.

Not sure why they would reccomend the s 2. Unless you are that much heavier ? My understanding was that size was based on ram capacity. I could not read the numbers on mine, but the s 1 has worked well all season and we are very happy with it.
