KVH Tracvision

Can anyone tell me how to determine if my Tracvision M3 is a model: M3-st or M3-dx? I have been placed on eternal hold for the past 3 attempts to call Tech Support.
I am trying to switch to Dish Network, and evidently 1 model supports, and the other does not.
