I am tying to hunt down a port naqualift, also I am looking for newer hatch covers . Ilike the light from the thick lexan however they leak, my boat is 97', I would be willing to bet luhrs has overcome this problem ...perhaps in the later years to follow...

you may not need to replace hatches just the seals. I purchased D seals in a roll and that fixed the problem.

Are you asking about the muffler? As well as the hatches?

rwt the hatch seals.....call Luhrs Parts department. 800-829-5847.
I purchased about 30 feet of the 1/2 round seal from them last year and resealed my hatches (I have 3 on the T380 model). I think it was only about $20-$25 including shipping.

I am wondering about both. I was hoping Lurhs has updated the design of the hatches as my current flat lexan hatches are not so flat anymore. They may not seal tightly on the new gaskets. With any luck (as I thought I saw on an ad for the new 28) the new molded design will fit on my deck. Hopefully fitting down tightly around the hatch scuppers. The muffler. I have found Naqualifts. They appear to need to be customed ordered. I am hoping that Lurhs has them already configured to fit the 29. My port side is making a rattling sound. How bad is this? Does it need immediate attention. Is replacement my only option? Fuel the passion.

On your 29. Is the muffler the long muffler in the laz area or is it the pot type?

They are about the size of 5 gal bucket about under the wash down tub...maybe 4 inch in and out two ports on the engine side one to stern. I am going to be removing the the Hurth gear and this will be a ideal time to change the silencer... It seems like the tail seal is going as i am loosing a good amount of fluid right at the coupling. Who should I contact for parts...?
How about service manuals? Thanks Max!
