Hi ! I am Rusty. My brother Mike and I are owners of a 1999 Luhrs Open.
We are located in south central Louisiana and fish the Gulf of Mexico. Red snapper used to be our speciality; however, must now change game plans due to limit reductions.

Welcome.
They limited the red snapper there too, huh? I know they did here off the coast of Alabama. I wasn't sure if it was across the board or just local waters.
Why did they limit the catch to 2 per person? Is it a good thing or a bad thing (I really don't know that much about the snapper issue). I do hear everyone complaining about the new regulations. Are they endangered or just trying not to let them be?
