Luhrs 36 open baitwell?

I am having big problems with my bait well not pumping water while on plane.
When we are not moving we have great flow

The thru hull is a scoop so i am lost to what the problem could be any help would be great as we lost half are bait sunday while running.

Pump is a 1100 gph bait sentry

Where is the pick-up for the pump located in the boat? What kind of seas are you running in at the time?

Any info will help to try and figure out your next move.

The pick up is located port side forward and to the side of the port shaft.
Sea conditions can be from flat or 4' to 6 ' it really doesnt matter you still do not have flow once you start to move the faster you go the less flow you get.
