Hello,

My name is Mario JT Benedetti, I just bought a 2008 28 open with tower and diesel engines. Can any one give a feedback on the boat...? I'm in Venezuela and the boat should arrive tomorrow to Curacao and then she will cruise from Curacao to La Guaira Venezuela on Thursday or Friday. I'm much exited and at the same time worry on how she will cruise on the blue waters of the Caribbean... Any advice will be highly appreciated...

First of all, Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the purchase of the boat. The 28-Open is a great running boat for it's size. All the guys in Australia are very surprised of how well the boat handles in the seas of the coast. They havre had some skippers who run all sizes of boats that say it is the best handling boat in heavy seas that they have been on for that size.
