Sear running 3 to 5 feet offshore from St. Martin this past sunday, we were still able to find a couple of schools of Mahi. We went three for five and still ended up with 75 lbs of fish. Spent the rest of the afternoor enjoying an adult beverage in a quite cove.
Enjoy

Your doing what alot of us in the NE want to do. Funny how I am reading your post just after I got to work. Not to mention I worked on my 36 in a cold rain Saturday.
Congrats!

There is plenty of room for another 36 down here. Most days we fish we never see another boat.
I beleve, there is never a bad day on a boat. Some are just better than others.
When will you start fishing? What do you fish for?

Should start trolling Stripers this weekend or next and there will be a lot of Bluefish around. I will mix in some bottom fishing for Blackfish and Seabass. It will be a few weeks before the Fluke (Flounder) start. We have to wait several weeks before there is any hope of Tuna.

It doesn't matter what's hitting, as long as there hitting.
