How do you get the water flowing out of the shower head? If you pull up one of the faucets, which one both are corroded

How do you get the water flowing out of the shower head? If you pull up one of the faucets, which one both are corroded
You pull up on the shower hose itself where it goes into the faucet. It is the same style faucet they put in campers.
