Front Windshield

I have a 1992 32ft Luhrs Conv. - the front plexiglass windshield is cracked. Does anybody know where I can get a new windshield?

professionalplastics.com is where I got material for mine. The prices were reasonable and they had the color I needed. The color Luhrs told me to use is gray#2074. It matched perfect. All you'll have to do is order the right size sheet and thickness, then when you get it cut it to fit and glue it in.

Thanks for the link to Professional Plastics....Do you recall the thickness that you
ordered for your windshield? The PP site has three thickness options .125, .187, and .250. for the #2074 gray sheet.

BTW - Very nice looking paint job on your hull!

I actually have only replaced the side windows which were .187 If I remember correctly. The windshield I've had out and it was thicker but not by alot, i'd say the .250 is probably the right one Luhrs was able to give me that info when I emailed them but they used the info from a 95 seeing that my boat is an 89 and they didn't have all the info on it still. They were real helpful with that and they also recomended a sealant to used but a local boat builder told me to use 3m 5200 black.
The hull was painted by the former owner and is actually due to be painted again. Thanks to the crappy dock he had it at that left several rashes on it with the shifting tides and storms. Just don't know what color yet.
