We have a 1987 342 Convertible for sale. Surveyed last year at 60K. Since, we have added a new 5kw Kohler (224 hours now), KVH in motion Direct TV, 13 gal live well, new multi-bank charger, 2 TV/dvd combos, 15" lcd flat screen in the salon. and much more. (over 15K in improvements since the survey was done) This vessel is completely set up for off-shore fishing, with the 300 gal. main tank, and dual custom built 50 gal. saddle tanks (alum. tanks built in the engine bay). She has dual 10" Raymarine Pathfinder displays with Radar/Depth/GPS/Temp/Speed. Outriggers / flybridge top with full curtains / rock launchers / enough rod holders to make you need to purchase more rods to fill / aft deck salt wash down / aft deck fresh water shower.
The vessel was completely repowered in 2002 with remaned 454's and velvet drive tranny's. The starboard engine blew on labor day 2007, and has since been removed, and we have a new/remaned longblock crated and ready for install (would be up to buyer to install, or add 5k to price for my husband to install). The port engine has approx. 400 hrs on it, and is a workhorse, got us home on the intercoastal from Pungo to Currituck N.C. and back to Norfolk, after the starboard blew. We are in a transistion in our lives with a new home, work, and family, and do not have the time we had, to care for the vessel. We are asking 30k as-is, or 35k if my husband re-installs the starboard engine. We will owner finance with 10k down, and 500.00 per month @ 5% APY interest. Please email for photos and any other info requests. We have multiple invoices/documentation of the repower and accessories added.
Thanks for your time!
