I cant figure out this issue can any one give some imput when under way trying to trim up tabs to max fuel econ, tabs reach a certain point then the vessel just all at once falls deeply to port ???? its like star tab is all the way down and port is all the way up and its not the case. i stop the vessel and check tab positions manually there really close in being adjusted the same ???? I have a 2004 41 convt.

make sure the tabs are not sticking while underway or loose screws that hold the tabs to the stern. have someone check the functions while sitting still to see if the are going up and down with your command as you are touching the switches. one of them maybe sticking or you are low on fluid in the reservior. and faulty helm switch could also be a problem.hope this helps.

Your hull is a 41', right? Have heard of this issue happening with early models. Don't think it's a tab issue. I would check with the factory.

Check where your transduder is located Thu-hull faring will act like a trim tab at high speed. Ajust trim tab to compensate Mine 2006 32 open dose it at high speed. Slow down.
