The Mainship dealer took our Luhrs 340 in trade so we never got to put it up for sale or list it with any brokers. Not sure how they are going to handle the resale. So from start to finish, deciding to buy to closing the deal on the trade and taking title to the new boat. 11 days.

Pardon me for the giggle:lol: But Trawler and fast in the same sentence sounds funny.

Which Trawler did you go with?

We went with the Mainship 43 Pilot. We were also confused by the fast trawler term until we took the boat out. She handles nice and easy at trawler speeds between 7 and 10 knots and actually gets up on plane and rides well at 20 knots. So fast is a relative term. We ran from Newport Beach to Ensenada at 17 knots. The bow came up a little which was handled by the tabs with a few tweaks.
