Seeking info on 2003 44

Can some one tell me what the retro fit was to stabilize this boat looks like ? I'm looking at 2- 44's and im not sure if the recall was done to the hulls?
And I also am looking for advice on the c-12 cats that were involved in the law suit for the after coolers can any one share some advice about this vessel?

Do you mean the 41 c? There was no recall on 44 hull.

I was told that the 44 had problems dropping from port to starboard with no warning in certian sea conditions by a X luhrs salesman in Jacksonville, he said luhrs had a solution to the problem it was something to do with the transom or hull Im not sure what is was thats why I came on here to find out from an owner. Im wanting to charter this vessel and they have raised some concerns in me. Would you charter a 44 ?

I know the remedy that was used for the early 41 c hulls was that they put a "cup" on the end of the hull by the transom which was a part of a formal recall on the first 49-50 hulls of that model. Maybe this x salesman has his hulls confused, never a recall on the 44 hull.
The early 41s apparently would flop over and have issues with bow steering in certain sea conditions. Sounds like what this guy was describing to you... never heard of such issues with the 44.
