I hope that I am not alone in thanking Luhrs Corporation for continuing to maintain this site. A few weeks ago when the site was taken down, I was very concerned that they were pulling the plug. We all know these are tough economic times and that the boating industry including the Luhrs family has been hit even harder. I appreciate that it costs $$$ and employee time to host and maintain this site. As a happy and proud Luhrs owner, I truly appreciate this forum, the Company and the employees that I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the course of our 11years of ownership. A few of those folks (past and present) bear mentioning - jamie gullet, marshall germany, brad sanguinetti and derek draper.
As an aside, I understand that it must be difficult for a company to support a customer forum such as this if and when posts become less than complimentary of the company and its products. As one of the most active posters on this board, I have posted a number of our frustrations and leveled some constructive criticism at Luhrs over the years. I like to think that I always am fair and balanced in my critical remarks. And of course my many many positive remarks and posts on this board should speak volumes as to how we feel on balance about our 320 Open.
Finally, I would like to urge all current Luhrs owners already on this site to actively and enthusiastically look to recruit other Luhrs owners to the board. We are building a great community and resource that all of us will can continue to benefit from for years to come.
Again, thank you Luhrs Corporation!
