Fresh Water holding tanks

I have a 1993 350 Convertable Luhrs. This boat has two fresh water tanks. It does not appear as though they draw evenly, rather it appears as though certain freshwater utilities draw from certain tanks. Is this the case? Does my fresh water wash down in cockpit draw from one, and my sinks and/or shower draw from another? Thanks,

The freash water tanks on my 340 have a hose conecting the bottom of the 2 tanks keeping the level the same in both tanks.

I believe both of your water tanks feed to the water pump. Check your pump and see if there are two feeds to it.
