I am researching purchasing a 2003 40ft convert. Would appreciate any information on the qualities of this model (good and bad). I am located in Newport Beach, CA. I currently own a 1981 Bertram 31 flybridge which I repowered with desiel engines and refurbished, so am somewhat familiar with boat maintaince, engines, etc. One comment I have heard is that older models had problems with the electrical wirinng. Thanks for any help.
